Delivery Policy

WE DELIVER DOOR TO DOOR

No orders will be shipped out on Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Queens Lifestyle Brands will not be held responsible for orders that are shipped out but delayed due to the courier company.

Orders R2000 and above will be shipped free of charge to any location within South Africa.

All orders of R1999 and under will incur a shipping charge of R99-00 to any location within South Africa.

All orders will be shipped via the Courier Guy through Economy Shipping which takes between 2-5 days depending on your region.

International Shipping:

No International shipping is currently available

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees apply as per above to all orders regardless of the quantity being shipped to a location within South Africa.

Shipping Time:

Most orders are shipped out within 3 business days and take between 2-4 days in transit depending where in the country the order is shipped to. If you purchase a product during a SALE please allow 5-10 working days to receive your order
